RETURN POLICY

Please contact info@majsafety.com to begin the RETURN PROCESS.
Returns will NOT be accepted without an RGA #.
NOT all RETURN requests will be approved.

Any request to return must be made within 14 days from receipt of shipment.
If beyond 14 days, we cannot process your request to return, and your request will be denied.

Returned products must be NEW, unused, in original packaging.
Worn / used products will NOT be accepted.
Returned products must be original without alterations or modifications.

Returns are subject to restocking fee.
Special or customized products cannot be returned.

MajSafety.com will not reimburse shipping charges for returns.

Ship your return with a method for tracking (as example: UPS, Fed, Ex or US Post Office Certified Service) with insurance to ensure full credit.

All returns must be packaged properly to prevent damage during the shipping return.

MajSafety.com is not responsible for returns that are not delivered to us or damaged during shipping return.

Credit cannot be issued for returns that are not delivered to us or damaged during shipping return.

Once RGA # is issued, customer may return items listed on the RGA ONLY.
Once RGA # is issued, the RGA # is only valid for 30 days from date RGA # is issued.
If return is not received within 30 days, return will be refused or shipped back at your expense.

If return is received within 30 days, we will refund your original form of payment.
If return is received after 30 days, then online store credit will be issued.

AT THIS TIME WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS OF FACIAL PROTECTION MASKS DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.

Our company uses USPS priority shipping. Please refer to your tracking number in your confirmation email.
We currently only ship to the Continental US (The 49 States (including Alaska, excluding Hawaii) located on the continent of North America, and the District of Columbia). For all orders outside of the Continental US, please email info@majsafety.com.
