California Proposition 65
WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and/or other reproductive harm.

CA PROP 65 requires a warning label on any product that is known to contain or may contain any of the more than 800 chemicals that the California Air Resources Board considers harmful. The warning does not mean that these products will necessarily cause cancer or reproductive harm. A PROP 65 warning does not mean a product is in violation of any safety standard or requirement. The California government has further clarified that "the fact that a product bears a Proposition 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe." The CA government has also explained that "You could think of Proposition 65 more as a 'right to know' law than a pure product safety law."
We know that many of our dealers carry inventory that does not have the warning label needed. Therefore, we have created a download below. Please print the provided PROP 65 WARNING LABEL at your convenience. The PROP 65 WARNING LABEL should be used with the sales of our products within the state of California. Please affix the PROP 65 WARNING LABEL to the outside bag/packaging of our products.
